This house is located in desirable North Conway abutting Echo Lake State Park and is a short drive from Cathedral Ledge, Diana's Bath and Downtown North Conway (Zebs, Conway Scenic Railroad, The Met, Horse Feathers, Stairway Café, The Penguin, etc.). _
This welcoming house is situated on a wooded corner lot abutting Echo Lake State Park in North Conway, NH. This spacious home greets you with large living area with wraparound sofa, comfortable chairs and desk with printer. The living area flows seamlessly into the dining room with large table and seating for 8 people. *Wood stove in living room not for guest use*. The dining room also includes a large rack of assorted board games. From the dining area, make your way to the large kitchen with ample counter space, numerous cabinets and additional dining table with seating for up to 6 people. Off the kitchen is a 3/4 bath and the living room with flat screen TV and slider doors that lead out to the back deck with outdoor dining area, lounger chairs, gas grill and outdoor fire pit (permit required).
The second level of this home is complete with 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom and bonus "bunk room". The first and second bedrooms include a queen bed with TV, and the third bedroom includes a king bed with TV. The bunk room offers 5 twin beds and 1 full bed.
Make your way down to the partially finished basement where you will find a bar area, sitting area with TV, ping pong table, table top Foosball and washing machine and dryer.
This house has a prime location, just outside the heart of Downtown North Conway where you will find great dining options, boutique and outlet shopping and bountiful outdoor recreation! Traveling during the winter? This house is centrally located between Cranmore Mountain and Attitash Mountain and a few minutes drive from Wildcat Mountain.
