We always like returning to the Kearsarge Inn. The location is excellent, right in the heart of North Conway. The rooms are lovely, roomy and very clean. We did have a little issue with the heat/ac this time, but nothing major. We will return again.

The two deluxe rooms were definitely priced as 'deluxe' for our stay in peak "Fall" season. But, the rooms were dark and old fashioned in decor and furnishing. They were fine, but over-priced for their relative quality. The location in North Conway was good for dining choices.

This inn was very well set up and immaculate. We had one of the separate cottages and it was fantastic! Very private and comfortable. The location was perfect for the Conway Railroad, only a 5 minute walk. Definitely will stay again when in the area!

Room 15: Good walkable location, spacious and decor had charm & character. Had a good dinner next door. Suggestion for improvement: replace wornout carpet, and put in hard flooring and rugs. Would stay again.

Stayed in the luxury room that has a balcony. Huge room and the balcony was the perfect spot for post-hike beers. And while they don’t serve breakfast, it’s just a short walk through the next block to Priscilla’s, a friendly, classic breakfast spot.

Great place to stay.

Well located. Very nice and clean rooms. Rooms have two chairs and two luggage racks. Walking distance to Zeb's General Store, 5 and 10cent Store, local restaurants, recommend visiting the outlets and White Mountain Forest.

Nice accommodations. Nearby eateries were convenient & delicious. Room was spacious. Air conditioning ran loud, turning on/off constantly. Shower dial turns 360 degrees ~ needs to be tightened or replaced.

Perfectly located to main town a few minutes walk. Hotel had a car park and the room was pleasant. However had no curtains except a pull down blind which didnt go to the bottom of the window due to aircon being in the window. So had to hang a duvet cover up at the window to make the room darker. Aircon was very loud so couldnt have this on overnight. And the pilot light was kept on the fire in the room making the room unbearably hot. There was a ceiling fan which didnt provide much cooling. Bathroom large but needed updating.
