Escape to our spacious and fido friendly 6-bedroom house in North Conway with tons of fun and memories to be had. This beautiful property features 4 queen beds, double/twin bunk bed, twin bunk bed and 2 queen pull out sofas. Our home is perfect for large groups. 4 bathrooms equipped with showers and bathtubs, The living room offers 2 additional queen beds for extra sleeping space. We have a game room with a pool table and bar area to make drinks. The four season hot tub is amazing at any time of the year. Our living room is large with a warm stove to cozy up to in the winter.

Our house is located 1 minute from Cranmore and steps from Whittaker Woods. Located 5 minutes from downtown North Conway. Close to Echo Lake, Saco River, outlets, Revo Casino and 20 minutes from Storyland.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Clean grill pick up dog poop shut windows lower heat to 60 degrees turn off a/c pick up cigarette/cigar butts outside and empty ashtrays pick up your litter throw your trash in dumpster and lock it
Check around for your personal belongings - check under beds place remotes on nightstands or bureaus drive safely - come back again!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Do not sit on hot tub cover. Doing so will cause it to bend and possibly crack. Cover cannot be repaired; it needs to be replaced. Expense to guest
