Very happy with this Quality Inn and would gladly recommend to others. We had requested 2 ground floor rooms and Tristin was extremely accommodating. He made sure he fulfilled our request. Staff was very pleasant!

Our stay was very pleasant . Exceptional service . Had a problem with the one and they accommodated us and switched the room . Very clean and well kept just the bathroom was a little run down . Overall a good experience I would stay there again.

At Check In we were five our key card to go to our room. When we opened the door, the room was filthy, food boxes, towels on floor, unmade beds. Call made to front desk, we were told to come back down. We were given another key and that room had been cleaned. However, the shower barely dribbled, no water pressure, old smoky smell in room even though 100% non smoking. Microwave inside had splattered food. This was just a one night pass through for us so we just deal at with it. It is a quality Inn so not expecting extravagance but maybe a little more Quality.

I did not check in, I have been having issues for days trying to cancel the reservation, the Expedia team had been awful with helping to cancel and the hotel staff and management were absolutely useless, they are not trying to charge me almost 200$ for a room I did not stay in but was not able to cancel because nobody was helpful and absolutely clueless
