The room was clean, the woman who manages the breakfast area was excellent, food was good, she went out of her way to make guests comfortable. The room was in great shape. The beds were comfy. The pillows were good. The only strange thing… The sofa in our room lol. It had one arm that was 3 feet high and the other arm was 6 inches high. Couldn’t figure that out!

We were in the two bedroom suite which was perfect. Beds were super comfortable. The highlight was the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was great. It is perfectly located and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Staff here is always awesome / accommodating/ and friendly! ( I wish I got her name she works nights 3pm-11pm) she IS the best remembered us from check in and asked about our day & what we did made us feel very welcome. Our favorite hotel up this way in North Conway!

Overall good hotel

Lovely stay, rooms clean, bed not the most comfortable, only issue we had (not the hotels fault) but one night another guest decided to burn steak in their kitchen which stunk the whole floor out
