*Great for 1-2 couples/families and their children. One of the largest inside living space configurations of the Cedar Creek Association units, due to it's finished loft area and finished walk out lower level as well as additional full bath.

* Air conditioned town house style condo w/view of Mountains. Grassy fields surround unit abutting White Mountain National Forest. View the mountains from your deck in this peaceful setting of about 40 acres of association owned land.

*We take your safety very seriously and do our utmost to provide a safe, clean environment for your stay.

* Main floor includes mudroom, fully furnished kitchen, dining area, half bath, gathering space w/large flat screen TV w/surround sound. New slider and glass panels to back deck w/patio table and lovely peaceful mountian view. This level was refreshed with new flooring through out.

* 2nd floor includes Master bedroom w/attached private full bathroom, 2nd bedroom w/queen sized bed & view of the mountains, with hall bathroom.

*3rd floor is a loft providing ample sleeping area w/2 sets of bunk beds & play area.

*Walk out lower level has bunk beds, desk, 2nd gathering space w/large screen TV & surround sound, Foosball table, full bathroom & utility room w/washer & dryer.

*Swimming pool & tennis court are very short walk away. White Mountain National Forest trails are just across meadow.

*The updated kitchen is fully furnished for those times you prefer to eat in. Convenient grill on deck with view of moat mountain, with second gas grill below deck with seating area also has a view of moat mountain.

Outdoor local attractions: The North Conway area has so much to offer. New Hampshire State Parks and other portions of the White Mountains National Forest are only short drives away. Echo Lake and Cathedral Ledge are just off Westside Rd., and just minutes away. Diana's Bath is another popular local attraction. The nearby Saco River is accessible for swimming, and canoeing. The Kancamangus highway offers a lovely scenic drive through the White Mountains providing many beautiful vistas that can be seen from the parking lot, as well as opportunities to hike from short walks in the woods to view waterfalls to more serious hiking adventures. The National Park visitors centers is located near the intersection of Rt 16 and the Kancamangus. There are also many well maintained cross county ski trails, several nearby down hill ski areas including Mt. Cranmore, and Attitash. Snowmobile trails are also nearby.

Other local attractions: Shopping/ restaurants- Settlers Green offers a large selection of outlet stores, in addition to many unique local and chain stores that are found along Rt 16. There is a wide assortment of restaurants for every taste and price range.

The North Conway area offers 2 miniature golf locations, Conway scenic railway, movie theaters and Uberblast for indoor fun. Nearby Storyland is a great children' s attraction. Schuyler Park in town center offers a playground for young children. Several Golf courses including Hale's Location are nearby. Horseback riding and winter sled rides are available on Westside Rd. Canoe rental center and put-in for Saco River just off Westside Rd. These are just a sampling of some of the possibilities for a stay in the North Conway area.
