I arrived an hour early and asked if my room was ready. I was told it works be a $50 fee for a room since they were still cleaning. When I ask for clarification, the manager was rude and told me to either pay $50 or wait an hour. I waited the hour.

The staff was exceptional. Everyone from the lady that made the eggs in the morning to the maintenance man to the front desk. They were all amazing. However, the hotel needs some revamping. I had almost every time I re-entered the room I had to go down to the front desk and have them re-key my card because the key holder did not connect with my keys, I had an issue with my bathroom ceiling, it was flooding into my bathroom from upstairs. They did move me to a new room however, in the move, I lost a necklace, a crucifix, probably in the towels from mopping up the floor and all I got was an apology. The hotel is terribly outdated however it is very clean and the location worked for me perfectly thank you

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel. I did not receive clean towels for three days and had to go to front desk to retrieve. There were no coffee cups in my room on the first morning. I came back to my room on Saturday and had ants on the work desk. I reported to the front desk. I had no food in my room. On Sunday I was told that the exterminator would be in to take care of the ants and they were still there upon my return Sunday evening. The gentleman came Sunday morning around 11:00 and wanted to spray the ants. I told him I would be leaving soon and he could come back after I was gone.
