A short 1/4 mile to Sunken Meadow Beach on sparkling Cape Cod Bay, this rental with AC throughout is the perfect beach house. Main level (upstairs) has a large open kitchen/living/dining room area with a convenient half bath and sliders out to the over-sized deck. The primary bedroom with queen bed has an en suite full bath. The lower level has two bedrooms with a shared full bath, one with a double bed and another with two twins. Also on this lower level is a large family room with a TV, 2 queen size futons, and sliders out to a patio. Washer, dryer, WIFI. Great beach area for swimming and relaxing, walk the flats at low tide, or kayak and bird watch in the nearby Sunken Meadow inlet. Unwind on the house upper deck and enjoy sunset views over Cape Cod Bay. NO Pets Accepted. Parking for 6 cars on driveway.
