This beach house is located on desirable New Silver beach with local amenities just steps away.

The main floor features a large kitchen with breakfast bar and large dining table. The comfortable living room complete with a sectional and television leads out to the deck for dining alfresco, taking in the view and fresh ocean breeze.

On the second floor you will find four bedrooms, the primary suite with a king bed and double vanity bath with oversized shower. The three additional bedrooms one offering a queen bed, one with two twins and the bunk room with two sets of bunk beds. The main hallway bath has a tub/shower.

This home has wonderful cross ocean breezes and central AC (if needed) There is a gas grill, outdoor shower, paddle boards, bicycles and kayak for your use. The playground, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts are also available.
