Villa Milano is a 3-bedroom, 2 bath home with an electric heated pool and spa that is in a great neighborhood in North Ft. Myers. Nearby is Paradise Marina with its impressive display of motor and sailing yachts. Even as this vacation home is in a very quiet area, you have quick access to shopping centers, grocery stores, a large variety of excellent restaurants and bars as well as cultural events. Villa Milano is perfect to erase all the accumulated stress and find your inner self again.

Living room: Villa Milano is a large and airy home and features a great room with volume ceilings and fireplace, overlooking the spacious lanai. The comfortably furnished living room features a large flat screen stereo TV for your entertainment.

Kitchen/Dining Room: The kitchen has just been renovated and features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The dining room is located off of the kitchen and offers seating for six guests.

Master Bedroom/Bathroom: The master-suite offers in the bedroom a King-size bed, a flat screen TV, plus a small desk with printer and a large bathroom with a beautiful tub, cabinets with two individual sinks and a walk-in shower. Walk directly from the master bedroom through the wide glass slider doors into the lanai and enjoy a dip in the electric heated pool. What a delight!

Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: The two guest bedrooms are on the other side of the home feature Queen beds and share the second bathroom. In one of the guest bedroom closets you will find convenient equipment for a baby/small child: booster seat, high chair, pack and play and stroller.

Pool/Lanai: This home has a very secluded back yard for your privacy. The large lanai and the heated pool and spa will make you to virtually live outdoors.

Villa crap

Place was not well maintained, owner had sticky rules everywhere & the plethora of additional fees hidden until after booking was absurd, let alone all of the requirements that be done before leaving, way cheaper ti vacay at home. Will never book w SWrealty again… bate & switch booking & didn’t appreciate being profiled less than 24 hrs after arriving.. owner, property mgr, swr & vrbo need to get on same page for cost, advertisement, & quality/care of the home!!! Would never recommend this home to anyone!

Everything was as stated except they say a heated pool

We enjoyed our stay in North Fort Myers. House was clean dishes were not. Every pile of dishes had some in them that were dirty. Glass casserole dishes had what seemed to be butter on them. Silverware was not all clean. Some Pillows and some mattresses are past Thier lifespan. Pool and hot tub are heated by a heat pump. Swfl people told us upon arrival check-in the heat pump would not heat pool at that time of year. They were right. Hot tub was set to stop heating at 85 degrees. I prefer a hot tub to be hotter than 85 degrees. House is in a nice neighborhood and you could walk to a grocery store.

Best stocked kitchen of all our past rentals. Extremely quiet neighborhood. Beautiful back yard/Pool/Spa. We were there over the 2021 Christmas break - the one item I missed was an outdoor TV to watch football. If you can deal without that, this place is highly recommended.

Everything you need

The check-in process was simple. Gaining access to the home was easy. The home is located in a great area, close to grocery stores and shopping centers. The home itself is beautiful and what I appreciated most was that things like toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, and garbage bags were stocked and that I didn’t have to buy them (I’ve had previous rentals where I had no choice). The bedrooms are very nice. The master bathroom is absolutely gorgeous. I loved the kitchen and the sliding window leading to outside. The kitchen had everything I needed and then some. The patio was wonderful and we enjoyed the pool a great deal. We would definitely return.

BEST HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!!!!

This home had everything ready to begin your vacation. The layout of the house was excellent and gave privacy to all. we especially loved the lanai, ate all of our meals outside and enjoyed the privacy it afforded. The pool added a certain tranquility to the atmosphere and the spa was used daily for recovery from knee surgery. Kitchen supplies were excellent and the home was decorated in such a warm friendly manner. The openness of the doors and kitchen window in the back was so light friendly and having guests for a meal was actually fun preparing for them. Enough table space in this home for either outside or inside entertaining. What a find!!!!!! Best home we ever rented in Florida!!!

This home was truly beautiful - so well laid out, with the bedrooms on the perimiter of the house, and the public areas in the centre - great for "early risers" and "late-to-beders" without disturbing other people. The home was beautifully furnished and comfortable - the pool was great and very private. Would highly recommend !!!!
