Visit this vacation home and enjoy the real Florida feeling in a prime location! Both downtown Fort Myers and Cape Coral are just minutes away, so you can enjoy the benefits of both cities.

This newly renovated vacation villa is located on a canal in a beautiful and very quiet residential neighborhood with mature trees in south west Florida.
The home features a fully equipped, large kitchen, three bedrooms that sleep up to six people, two with direct access to the pool, and two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a shower and tub.
Bed linen, towels and bath towels are of course provided in sufficient quantity during your stay. The house has a spacious outdoor area with a covered terrace, a heated pool and a full insect screen with its own barbecue area and gas grill.

Fishers will find a true paradise right outside their front door. There are also 2 kayaks available to explore the area from the water.

Fort Myers is located in south west Florida and offers many different options for vacation planning. Fort Myers Beach is known for its white, well-kept sandy beaches and various water sports. There are also numerous golf courses and tennis courts. Fort Myers Downtown is the historic downtown area that has been recently renovated and offers many stores, restaurants, bars and cafes. Large shopping centers invite you to shop. Fort Myers offers day trips to the Everglades, other cities and amusement parks.

The offshore islands of Sanibel, Pine Island and Captiva are within easy reach.
In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is also only permitted outside.

Renting a boat is recommended! No boat license is required in Florida, e.g. to go to the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! Dolphins are guaranteed. A boat can be booked with us.
*Unfortunately, due to low water levels, boats can't be delivered to the villa at the moment, but we are happy to offer you a replacement dock if you would still like to rent a boat.
During your stay at this villa, you'll be close to Morse Shores Shopping Centers. Features include an outdoor pool and laundry facilities. The villa offers free WiFi and a private pool.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We would be grateful if you could put the used towels in the washing machine and start it before you leave. Thank you! Please put the garage door opener in the kitchen.
Check-out is possible until 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Please arrange a personal appointment with the property manager. Please clean the BBQ grill thoroughly if you have used it.
If the BBQ grill is not clean upon check-out, we will take care of it for a cleaning fee of $50. If the propane runs out, please purchase a replacement bottle.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

An electricity flat rate is included in the price for bookings made after the date of March 27, 2024.
We have a base price for 2 guests a night. Each additional guest has an extra surcharge per night.
Guests should please clean the BBQ grill after using it. If it is not cleaned upon check out, a cleaning fee of $50 will be charged to the guest.
