Newly renovated and beautifully appointed condo. Enjoy a quiet community that is 20 miles from Ft. Meyers beach. Less than 40 miles from Sanibel Island. Close to shopping and the night life of downtown Ft. Meyers. Condo includes the following amenities: 2 bedroom/2 full baths with loft. All rooms with ceiling fans for your comfort. Kitchen has it all, stove, refrigerator with ice maker, air fryer, washer/dryer, dishes etc. Three large smart tvs with cable and voice activated remotes. New leather reclining couch and love seat in living room. Large bedrooms with extra storage. Newly remoled bathrooms. Condo includes 2 beautiful lanais. A small lanai off the kitchen to enjoy your morning coffee and a large lanai with a triple patio door to enjoy with friends. Lanai is versatile as it can be screened in or enclosed.
