Single level living. This three bedroom coastal home opens into the lounge room, dining and kitchen. The lounge room has ample space to relax with a 3 seater lounge and two single seater side chairs. Includes a smart TV with all streaming services that you are able to login and watch your favourite contents.

Bedroom two and three with queen and single bunk bed and ceiling Fans. Dining area with table and chairs. Fully stocked modern kitchen with a full sized fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher and air fryer. Bathroom with walk in shower. Laundry with washing machine and dryer.

THE AREA - NORTH HAVEN
North Haven is a quiet coastal town on the NSW Mid North Coast near Port Macquarie. It’s known for its beaches, fishing, boating, surfing, and relaxed lifestyle. The town sits where the Camden Haven River meets the ocean, giving it strong holiday and outdoor appeal. North Haven beach is patrolled with a great cafe at the surf club. The beach is known by surfers for its clean waves, perfect rights of the break-wall and lefts all down the beach. The Northern side of the beach is the unleashed dog friendly beach, walk as far as you like all the way to Bonny Hills and take the bush trail back.
