THE SPACE / LAYOUT
Enter up the stairs into the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. All three bedrooms with wardrobes down the hall along with the laundry including washing machine, bathroom including a shower and bath and a seperate toilet.
Outside from the dining room is the outdoor entertainers deck and BBQ area. Walk down the stairs to the yard with a fire pit and seating area, also an extra toilet and outdoor shower downstairs. Downstairs is a second bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.

THE AREA
North Haven is a quiet coastal town on the NSW Mid North Coast near Port Macquarie. It’s known for its beaches, fishing, boating, surfing, and relaxed lifestyle. The town sits where the Camden Haven River meets the ocean, giving it strong holiday and outdoor appeal. North Haven beach is patrolled with a great cafe at the surf club. The beach is known by surfers for its clean waves, perfect rights of the break-wall and lefts all down the beach. The Northern side of the beach is the unleashed dog friendly beach, walk as far as you like all the way to Bonny Hills and take the bush trail back.

Quiet time from 10pm-7am, please keep our neighbours happy. Guests that do not adhere to the house rules will have their full bond forfeited.
