• Outdoor Furniture & Umbrella
• Cover patio cushions and furniture before leaving the cottage or if rain is in the forecast. Covers are stored nearby for convenience.
• Please lower the umbrella and secure the strap anytime you're not using it, especially on windy days or when leaving the property.

• Water Equipment
• Stand-up paddleboards, kayaks, and paddles should be returned to the rack near the shoreline when not in use.
• Life jackets must be returned to the outdoor storage box after each use. Please avoid leaving them in direct sunlight to prevent damage.

• Notes:
• Fire extinguisher: Located under the kitchen sink.
• First aid kit: A basic first aid kit is available in the master bathroom cabinet.
• Spare towels are located in each bathroom for your convenience.
• Extra bedding and blankets can be found in the cabinet or closet of each bedroom.
• The property is also stocked with hypoallergenic duvets and pillows upon request or as needed.
• Additional storage is available in the downstairs bar area and rec room, ideal for bags, gear, or extra supplies.
• The upstairs thermostat is located on the main level beside the stairwell, and the basement thermostat is located above the sofa in the rec room.
• Please bag and sort all waste properly before disposal. Excessive or unsorted waste may incur an additional disposal fee ($50–$100).
