The rooms were clean, staff assisted me at all my needs. I have stayed there a couple of times & only had an issue once and the staff fixed the issue with no problem.

The room was nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. I needed an extra day added to my stay and that was arranged with no problems. My room was great. It was like a small apartment. I had a full kitchen with a dishwasher. The living room had a sleeper sofa and a large tv. My family loved the room.

The room had a hole/dent in the bathroom door and I wasn’t aware of the damages before checking in. So, when I brought it to their attention, the “asst mgr” informed me that they were aware of the damages…just felt like I should have been told beforehand.

Nice staff. Let us check-in early. Great layout with a kitchen. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 kids. Dishwasher didn’t work, limited dishes and no dish soap or paper towels. Saw a roach in the bathroom. The floors needed a better cleaning.

My family and I arrived late for our check-in. I called to let them know what time we would be arriving. The onsite management and staff were very accommodating and helpful. I will be staying there the next time I’m in Little Rock unless I stay with my son and his family.
