Whether you’re exploring the Copper Coast or just in need of a peaceful getaway, The Flat on Muddy is your cozy, modern base for it all. "The Flat" is a newly renovated fully self contained unit located within a private property with its own fenced front and back yards. Reverse cycle split system for heating & cooling. Wall mounted heater in bedroom 1 & extra blankets are available for those really cold nights that can happen in the middle of winter.

Bedroom 1 has a King size bed. Bedroom 2 has 1 Queen size bed & 1 Single bed. We can accommodate 2 couples or a couple with 2 children.
Full kitchen available with oven, dish washer & washing machine.

Undercover Patio area outside in back yard with a BBQ available.
Fish cleaning station located in back yard area.

If you have a boat or van we may be able to accommodate you on request.
"The Flat" has its own private entrance & is fully fenced with both a front & back yard & contained within another larger property.
