No gas or charcoal grills permitted. Non-Smoking Units. No pets allowed. Minimum Age Requirement: 25 years or older.

This spacious, three bedroom, end unit is located on the second floor in Willow Bend. It's just steps from the pool and has a furnished balcony. With over 1,300 square feet, the secontional sofa can also open to a comfortable queen size bed.

The master suite, located off the great room, contains a king size bed that can be converted into two twins. The second and third bedroom both sleep two people as well. To accomodate guests, there are two full bathrooms and the condo is equipped with a washer and dryer!
Our customers tell us they enjoy the overall property condition at this villa. During your stay, you'll be close to Barefoot Landing. Enjoy features like a water park and laundry facilities. The villa includes amenities such as a kitchen and a washer/dryer.

PROPERTY STAY

The neighborhood was so clean and quiet. The property was clean and spacious. The only thing is that it says sleeps 6 but that seems to be for couples. two room with beds and one with two beds. So make sure you bring an air mattress.. But other than that i would recommend

Our family loved staying at this property!

Our family really enjoyed staying at this property. We could not believe that the owner supplied us with everything we needed including dish washing detergent, toilet paper, laundry soap as well as the toiletries that you normally expect to find in a hotel. I had looked at several properties online before choosing this one and most of them said that the kitchens were poorly stocked with cookware as well as the normal kitchen equipment. Because of these reviews, I brought lots of things from home expecting this property to be like the ones that I read about. Boy was I wrong! This property was well equipped with everything we needed and I did not have to go purchase anything. One of our favorite things about this property was we were tucked back in the resort so it was a very peaceful quiet place to stay but yet we could get on hwy 31 and avoid the traffic of Myrtle Beach or quickly be right on hwy 17 to go to a restaurant or shopping. We will definitely keep this property in mind if were are able to visit Myrtle Beach again in the future!

This was the perfect place for my boyfriend's birthday get away. I plan on coming back here.

The villa is so cozy it's the perfect place to hang out with your mate or family and great friends. The patio is nice and the perfect scenery for pictures.We stayed here memorial day weekend and it's the perfect location to everywhere we wanted to go we didn't have to go far. The property is beautiful and well kept along with the entire community. This gorgeous place is very well worth the money, I plan on coming back soon, Thanks for the great time.
