Great location. Host was responsive. Just beware that the house is not in good condition. Pool table was ripped up, no triangle to rack the balls. Lamps didn’t have light bulbs, showers were a bit dirty. When I asked the host if he could bring a triangle for us, he said we can use our hands. We were provided 6 trash bags for 3 nights so if you stay here make sure you buy your own trash bags because they definitely won’t help ya out. We had 10 people too, so definitely won’t be enough bags if you max out the stay around 22 guests. Location is great, host is responsive, but wouldn't book this house again.

Lg family vacation-disappointed

The location of this property is great! However, our experience overall was very disappointing. The house was not clean, moldy vents, broken bathroom fans, bedroom fans were so loud and shaking on the ceiling we couldn’t use them, tvs didn’t work in multiple rooms, broken stairs outside, broken handrails outside, refrigerator leaked and had broken shelving. There was an electrical issue with the dryer running and the use of kitchen appliances. We flew in with 16 people for vacation and selected this home because of the proximity to the beach, which was awesome. However no beach chairs or any beach accessories were made available. They were not advertised however we rent twice a year through vrbo and this is the first beach house that has not had beach supplies. The bath towels provided were terrible and very small, with one per person. There was a leak in the bathroom on the 2nd floor causing water to come into the kitchen. The owner did respond to our calls and did have maintenance come however it was disruptive to the trip. And there were 4 calls placed over a 7 day period of time. Overall a very disappointing stay. On our last evening at the house the owner informed us that we had to leave at 10am. The vrbo confirmation stated 11am. The owner was not willing to comply with our original booking agreement causing us to have to leave an hour earlier than expected. We stay in Myrtle beach every summer, this was our most disappointing experience.
