Disliked: Cleanliness
Was woken up at 4am and had to evacuate from a small fire in the unit next to ours. Our room was flooded from them putting the fire out and we had to wait outside for over 2 hours with a 3 month old infant, a type 1 diabetic who had no access to their insulin l, and an elderly family member. Was not compensated or anything for this, our stuff was ruined from the water that flooded our room. Had to book another hotel and could not drive home due to the incident. Front desk offered no guidance on the situation
