The Space:

Check out this one of a kind three bedroom home located just a short walk from Main Street in North Myrtle Beach and only a quick drive to the beach. Thoughtfully furnished with two queen beds and one king sized bed, this inviting home comfortably accommodates up to six guests and offers the perfect mix of comfort and convenience for your next getaway.



As you step inside, you are welcomed into the first level where the spacious living area invites you to relax and unwind. A large sofa provides plenty of seating for the whole group, while a plush rocking chair adds an extra cozy touch. An oversized TV makes this the perfect spot to kick back after a day spent enjoying the beach or exploring the area.



Just across from the living room is the dining area, which flows seamlessly into the recently remodeled kitchen. A sliding glass door sits beside the dining table and leads out to the fenced in backyard, giving you easy access to outdoor space. The kitchen is beautifully updated with butcher block countertops and top of the line stainless steel appliances, including a mounted microwave, stove and oven, full sized French door refrigerator, farm sink, and dishwasher. With abundant counter space and cabinets, meal prep is simple and enjoyable. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, a toaster, coffee maker, and more. If you prefer dining out, you are just minutes from a wide variety of local restaurants, and delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash make staying in just as easy.



Also on the first level is the first bathroom, which features a large shower and tub combination with built in shelving, a spacious vanity sink with a large mirror and great lighting, and a toilet. The laundry closet is conveniently located in this bathroom and includes a washer and dryer, making it easy to keep everything fresh during your stay.



Just past the bathroom is the primary bedroom, featuring a comfortable king sized bed, a dresser for storage, and a TV for relaxing evenings. This room also offers its own private door leading out to the backyard, creating a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or some fresh air.
