One master suite has a king bed and one has a queen. There are 3 other rooms upstairs. The shared rooms has 4 twin XL beds and shares the hallway bathroom. The other bedroom has a queen bed and also shares the hallway bathroom. The room at the other end of the hall has a queen bed and it’s own private bathroom.

Disclaimer: There is one elevator. While the elevator is well-maintained and reliable, the salt air is very hard on mechanical systems, so most to all elevators at the beach sometimes experience temporary shut downs. The Hot tub is also outdoor and subject to loosing heat. Refunds will not be issued for lack of availability of the elevator or Hot Tub temperature. Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT heated.
