This beautifully appointed two bedroom, two bath oceanfront condo on the fourth floor is located in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach. Unit 404 features a fully equipped kitchen, oceanfront living area with a sleeper sofa, dining area, washer/dryer, free Internet, and oceanfront balcony offering a fabulous view of the beach. There are three TV's and three DVD's available for your entertainment.

North Myrtle Beach vacation condo rental Xanadu III 404 is a clean, well-maintained unit. The master bedroom has a king bed with a sliding door that opens out onto the oceanfront balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. The spacious balcony has an enormous view of the mighty Atlantic Ocean. Peaceful, Restorative Vacation

This condo in North Myrtle Beach was perfect for a restful break. It’s a great location on a quiet stretch of the beach. I could have sat on the balcony for weeks. It was well stocked and has everything we needed. The mattresses could probably use a refresh, but everything else was in great shape. I definitely hope to come back!

Had to cancel our 2nd week there as we found roaches in the condo .

Was not happy finding roaches in the condo and had to move 2 times from one condo to another and then back to original rental to find roaches still there after Exterminator had come out to get rid of them so we ended up cancelling our 2nd week. Overall not a good experience at all. The condo unit was very nice

Very nice property at great location

The apartment was pretty much as described. Can't ask for better location-wise. Only reason I can't give it a full five stars is that the unit is starting to show a little bit of wear and tear. The master bedroom bed is finished and desperately needs to be replaced. A little bit of TLC would go a long way in making this unit perfect. I would recommend this property in a heartbeat and will probably return.

looked nice...but...

Location was great, access to beach was wonderful. Furnishings were appealing at first impression, nicely decorated. However there were bugs in the silverware drawer and sticky cupboards. The warming drawer of the stove was jammed tight with cookware, pots/ pans fell out of the cabinets when opened. The kingsize bed needs to be replaced, it was unsleepable. Condo was stuffy and hot., especially the second bedroom Huge bathroom off master but the toilet room and shower were suitable for an RV. Sitting area furniture was comfortable but needs a good steam cleaning, it has an odor.

Perfect Getaway

Lovely balcony. Could sit out there all day! Also loved the decor in this place. Only downside might be the master bed that had waves of its own :), but other than that it was just wonderful. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed staying here it was very clean and short entrance or walk to beach . Wasn’t to crowed at pool and close to everything . The room was very inviting and homey .
