Beach House with Pool - Pet Friendly

Enjoy our private 3 bedroom (1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Full), 2 bathroom, beach house with in-ground pool. Located just 500 feet from the beach in the family friendly Crescent Beach section, it's a short 2 1/2 minute walk to the beach. We offer a fully equipped Kitchen, Living Room with queen sleep sofa, and Dining area. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and free internet. We have a fenced in back yard with an in-ground pool, patio furniture and umbrella, just in case you don't want to venture out to the beach. You'll find plenty of parking in our wide four car driveway. Our house is pet friendly (dogs up to 75lbs. – No Cats) with a $100.00 non-refundable Pet Fee. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during summer months. We do rent weekly or monthly during the winter months. Please note that this is a Non-Smoking house!

Debated whether or not to leave a review, but, I did book this place BECAUSE of the reviews after all. Loved the location and the space inside was adequate for the 6 of us. Had Wi-Fi issues but the owner was very helpful in trying to get that resolved. Took us 4 days to get cable replaced but will work for next renters. When we first entered, it smelled wonderful and seemed clean. Our grandson took off his shoes and began running around. After 15-20 minutes, we noticed his feet were black from the dirty floor. Our granddaughter (11mon) who had been crawling around was completely filthy all over. We then noticed we were covered in dog hair & human hair from the couches (which were stained pretty heavily). Human hair left in both shower areas and human hair on all of the "clean" towels/rags. Could've dealt with that but the cockroaches was a whole other issue. Whatever treatment is being done is slowly killing them as we found about a dozen behind the loveseat (which were there before we came in and shows whoever's cleaning isn't doing a very good job). But when they began to fall from the return vent in the hallway, alive, we were done. We left 2 days early.The queen bed (front room) needs replacing..lumpy from broken springs & very loud. Couches need replacing..we put towels over them just to sit down. A/C worked beautifully & house definitely has plenty of stuff. One empty cabinet in kitchen would've been nice so we didn't have to load all groceries on countertop.

This house was in such a convenient location to everything, the beach, stores, & restuarants. We weren't able to use the pool as the weather wasn't quite warm enough. There's a great backyard, and we would have loved it if the pool had been heated, but we enjoyed our trip anyway!

We stayed last year and it was much cleaner and nicer. The keys were not in the lockbox, I had to clean the refrigerator and sweep the floor, clean the bathtub and sink was a mess. The HVAC air cleaner was filthy and don't like the palmetto bugs that was found every day dead on the floor. Much disappointed. The outside funiture needs repaired and the dogs are scratching on the doors. The closet was a mess with jammed in pillows and blankets. The walk to the beach was dirty, the neighbors had 6 garbage bins for days next to road for pickup. Another house was cleaning out the mess and it stunk. Very disappointed.

We loved our stay at this cute little beach bungalow:) It was perfect! The pool was awesome for days that we didn’t want to go to the beach but the beach was only a very short walk! Close to everything but in a neighborhood so we could walk our little fur baby. Definitely hope to stay again North Carolina

Perfect getaway

We came for bikeweek and normally stay in murrells inlet or surfside but wanted a more lowkey stay with our family and furbaby. The house was very clean and hosts are very welcoming! The pool lady was a hoot and was in and out! The neighborhood was quiet. Will hope to stay here again in the future. Location was close to Walmart and other markets and not far from barefoot landing and a few minutes from heart of Myrtle!
