OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:

1. Pool wristbands are provided (4 of them). They are required for pool entry and are required to be returned upon check out. There is a $50 fine per missing wristband.

2. There is no assigned parking, however guests should park in available parking spaces around the complex, not directly under the building.

3. Roku Stick available in the Main living room area. Master bedroom also has cable.

4. We provide a STARTER AMOUNT of amenities such as a roll of toilet paper, paper towel, small soaps and pods. Please plan accordingly as this is just a starter amount.

This condo offers its guests an outdoor pool and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
