15th Floor End Unit with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Great views from the balcony and dining room bay window. New flat screen TVs in living area and bedrooms. Updates for this year include a new sectional in the living area to seat 10 or more in the living room comfortably. Changed the layout in the 4th bedroom from 2 double beds to 2 queens and 2 twin bunks. Three dressers were added to this room to allow for plenty of storage space for up to 6 kids. Great reviews from renters on this change for a kids room and eliminating the uncomfortable queen pullout in the living area. Sleeping is still for 12 people without having to use the living room couch. This condo is located in the popular Windy Hills area of North Myrtle Beach. The condo has all amenities for your vacation enjoyment. A broad beach, oceanfront pool, children's pool, lazy river and fitness center are on site. Big Green Eggs are available for your grilling needs (please use the proper charcoal).
Multiple elevators to reduce wait time, full size washer and dryer within the condo. We purchased this condo in November 2015 and continue to update. Updates include, new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops and back splash in the kitchen, new large flat screens in living area and bedrooms, fresh paint, restocking the kitchen annually, stainless steel appliances and furniture on the balcony. We have owned a number of condo’s in North Myrtle Beach, and this remains our favorite.
We also allow our renters to use the beach chairs, toys and unbrellas located in the owners closet outside the condo. Weekly rentals run SATURDAY-SATURDAY. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING BUILDING BALCONIES INCLUDED.

This condo offers its guests a water park, an outdoor pool, and a hot tub. A fitness center, barbecue grills, and laundry facilities are also featured at this condo.
