great location - right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The house is a little tired and the third bedroom with attached bath is under the main house which was not clear in the description. There are three bedrooms upstairs but on two accessible bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again!

Location beautiful and perfect . Porch ample and very comfortable. House in poor repair: AC could hardly hold (need more insulation?), 2 of 3 showers inadequate water pressure, patio door VERY difficult to operate, outdoor shower broken

Great location, old house

The location is the closest I’ve ever stayed to the beach. The house, well, it needs some work. The water pressure is a trickle in the showers, the interior is very dated, you can hear the wind howling in the rafters of the house, the internet password was wrong and when I called the number in the property for help no one cared enough to call back. The house was marginal at best.
