Cozy, comfortable and freshly renovated oceanfront condo...you're gonna love it!

We've just completed a full renovation of our condo, complete with all new appliances, flooring, counters, and beds, etc., all beautifully decorated and comfortable...just steps to the beach and pool!

Don't worry about packing beach towels or beach chairs; we have them for you to use during your stay, as well as a complete set of bed linens, bath towels and washcloths, hair dryers, initial supplies of bath soap, kitchen soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. etc. etc. The list goes on and on! We've even put aloe gel in the fridge, just in case you have such a good time you forget to reapply the sunscreen! We hope we've thought of all the little things you might need, so all you have to do is bring your clothes and start relaxing!

Love to cook? From spices to teas, spatulas to frying pans and most everything in between, the completely outfitted kitchen is ready for you to channel your inner Joanna Gaines or Julia Childs (we 'more mature' folks know who that is, am I right?)

And did I mention all new mattresses and pillows on all beds? Oh yeah, and alternative down feather toppers too. After a day at the beach, there's nothing better than a good shower, great food from all the wonderful nearby restaurants, and sinking in to a comfortable bed with new and fresh bed linens . . . yes, it's definitely time for some much needed rest and pleasant dreams.

The pool is between the condo and the ocean, and has an outdoor shower for those sandy feet, chairs, toys and sometimes body! There's an area with grills and picnic tables too, in case you decide to cook and eat al fresco, with the sound of the ocean and the lovely breeze blowing as ambiance. Somehow, that always seems to make the food taste even better!

PLEASE NOTE: This condo is a 3rd floor walkup. I count the steps as exercise and in my mind, that just means I can go down the street and get a double scoop of ice cream. . . cake batter is my favorite flavor!

We know you'll love our condo. It's in a quieter section of Cherry Grove, but still only 11 minutes to the chain supermarkets, and even less to the local family owned market, where you can pick up gifts, already prepared food, and most grocery items. And, it is right on the beach, so lugging the kids stuff and chairs and bags, isn't that much of a chore . . .the walkway is literally 3 steps from the stairs. Easy peasy and so cute and comfortable... this will be your happy place, where you can spend much needed downtime with your family (or maybe even some quality time with yourself?) and make lovely and lasting beach memories.

Lovely 3rd Floor Walkup Condo!

The unit is great, the owner, Kem, was responsive and helpful, it’s convenient and quiet! My only advisement is the 3rd floor walkup part- if you have issues with knees, back or hips, the stairs are no joke- especially with luggage and groceries! We definitely had ice cream after navigating them 8 times in one day but it was a challenge for us personally! The unit is great!!! Cherry Grove will always be my fave beach!

Awesome Condo in Cherry Grove!

My family loved this condo Wonderful, ocean front location, updated and VERY well stocked kitchen The owners are so thoughtful in leaving welcome baskets with toiletries, sunblock, lotions and such! What a sweet surprise. Did I mention how COMFY the beds were? Best sleep I've had in a LONG time. Kem and Tracy were super - very easy to work with and responded to questions IMMEDIATELY. Great family getaway spot

Great updated property with lots of amenities. Host was helpful and communicated well about our arrival. Beach seconds away and the kids loved the pool and being able to go between both easily. Stairs were not as bad as we feared, got used to it after a few days. Hosts thought of everything, beach chairs, towels, sand toys, etc. Area is lovely, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas but accessible enough, the drive was not bad at all. Great local restaurants with very friendly staff. If you're on the fence, book it. You won't be disappointed.

Great condo for a family with young kids!

This was a great place for our family of four to stay at. We traveled with our 3 and 5 year old and there were plenty of toys at the condo for them to play with! The condo as a whole had just about all the little extras you could need or think of. It was very clean and up to date. The owner is great about communicating back with you if there are any issues or questions and is very friendly! Lastly, the three flights of stairs aren’t terrible (especially if you look at it as exercise)….the humidity and heat is really what makes the stairs hard.

Beautiful home, amazing host!

Best girls weekend ! Perfect location, steps to the beach. The stairs are a small price to pay for such a beautiful, clean condo with so many “extras”. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. Book it!

Gorgeous condo!

This condo was absolutely immaculate. Beautiful decor with a perfect set up for families. Literally steps from the beach and in a safe area for kids to go back and forth. The owner reached out to us when needed and was very helpful with any questions we had. It felt like we were staying at a family member’s place. There is no elevator and the room was on the 3rd floor so be prepared to climb stairs with your luggage, but it wasn’t bad at all and we constantly it extra calories burned for all the great food we ate. 😊. Highly recommend thus place! Cleanest and prettiest place we have ever stayed at the beach!!

Holiday Cheer and Stay

Overall the place was very practical and beautiful. It was plenty of room for my daughter, my friend and I. Very clean and they supplied all we would need to have fun at the beach. I wish we were staying longer so that we had time to really use and relax. We had family one block from us, so we were over there a lot. Will definitely recommend and would like to stay again at a later date!

Clean & Cozy

The listing accurately described our stay. The unit is very comfortable, with TVs in each room and nice appliances. Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods for use. Washer/Dryer combo. A very nice added touch was the beach chairs and beach towels. This is a third-floor unit but getting to the beach was less than a 3-minute walk. The Cherry Grove point is only .05 miles and makes for a nice walk each morning. Kem was very responsive to my text and was kind to share additional phone numbers if I could not get in touch. I liked the checkout process. Super easy. I would stay here again!

North Myrtle beach mini vacation.

I stayed here for 5 days with my daughter’s family. It was perfect for their 4 and 6 year old. The 4 year old loved the pool and the 6 year old loved the beach which is located right past the pool. The property was immaculate and tastefully decorated. The owners have plenty of toys available for the children. It was a perfect place and conveniently located to restaurants and stores.

PERFECT!!

This property was BY FAR the best beach rental I have ever stayed in! Everything inside the condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything you could think of needing! We truly just needed to bring our clothes and toothbrush. The property manager/owner was so kind and welcoming, and quick to respond to any messages. The location of the property was also perfect. It was so easy to run back and forth between the condo, pool, and beach! The pool was clean and in great condition as well. As a single mom there with 2 children, I so greatly appreciated the ease of this stay. My kids and I had the best vacation and will absolutely stay here again!

The Perfect Stay

This condo was incredible. First of all, the location was excellent- it was right on the beach and 11 minutes from Boulineau’s (groceries). The complex has the perfect little pool and it is right by the sand dunes- a 1 minute walk from the pool and you’re in the ocean! It was super nice to come in from the beach, shower off at the outdoor shower, and hop right into a refreshing pool. Second, the condo itself was PRISTINE. The host literally thought of everything- we even received a welcome gift! It was super clean, beautifully decorated, well-stocked with necessities, and soooo comfortable. As I write this review I’m in my own bed at home and I’m wishing for the king size bed at the condo with its comfy pillows and sheets. The shower pressure is perfect, and the water warms up quickly. The towels were fluffy and clean. The whole place was fantastic- I can’t say enough about how much we loved it. Finally, I’ll mention the parking and steps- the parking situation stressed me out a little at first, but saw that there really was enough parking for everyone and I never had to park in the overflow lot, even though it was very close- right across the street. I parked right in front of the beach, so it was super easy to just get my beach stuff out of the car everyday instead of lugging it up and down the stairs. There were a lot of stairs, so I suggest packing lightly and in bags that are easy to maneuver. Being on the third floor really wasn’t bad- absolutely would stay again!
