This is just a little gift from us to help get your stay off to a nice relaxing start.This kit is to help cover your immediat needs upon arrival. For the remainder of your stay, there are plenty of grocery stores nearby to purchase any additional items you desire.

TV/Streaming
The home features Wi-Fi and smart TVs in living rooms and all bedrooms. Please note guests are responsible for signing in and out of their own accounts for streaming services. No cable TV provided - Streaming options only.
NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We ask that you treat our home as your own and leave it in the same condition as you found it upon arrival for future guest and your future stay. Any guest found to be having an event or party outside the guest limitations will be subject to immediate eviction without the possible of reimbursement.
NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please do not smoke or vape inside the home. If smoking outside, please clean up and dispose of any smoking material. Any evidence of smoking inside will result in a $500 fee for odor removal, furniture cleaning and duct cleaning.
Property Maintenance
We want to ensure that your stay is as relaxing and comfortable as possible. We have local maintence staff on call during normal business hours. Should an issue arrive on the weekend or after 5pm, there may be a delay in addressing the problem until the next day. However, please rest assured we will do everything possible to address your needs as promptly as possible.
