This inviting 1-bedroom, 1-bath residence offers 522 square feet of smartly designed living space with bright cityside views. The private bedroom features a king bed, paired with a convenient hallway bath.

The fully equipped kitchen includes appliances, cookware, and utensils, while floor-to-ceiling windows in both the kitchen and living room fill the space with natural light. The living room also features a sleeper sofa and in-unit washer and dryer for added comfort. Step out onto your private boulevard-view balcony off the living room and enjoy the energy and scenery of the surrounding area.

This resort is 100 percent smoke-free in all of its units and buildings. Smoking may be permitted in designated areas on the property. This is a timeshare resort but attending a presentation or taking a tour is NOT required. The resort assigns all units. Unit view, floor, and unit location on the property cannot be guaranteed. Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID and credit card for security deposit. Pricing and availability may vary. Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort's front desk will also ask for this information when you check in but obtaining this information beforehand will expedite the check-in process) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation.

* At the time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required that must match the guest name under which the reservation was made.

* Please contact the resort before arrival if you anticipate your arrival time will be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.

* Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location.

- Smoking Policy: All guest suites are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guest suites.
