GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY DEPOSIT, and ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED
All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.

LINENS and TOWELS
The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well. Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience. We do not provide a daily maid service.

SUPPLY STARTER KIT
To ensure your first night with us is comfortable, we've provided a starter kit of essential supplies. This is just a little something to help you settle in. Please note, this kit is intended to cover your immediate needs upon arrival. For the duration of your stay, you may want to bring or purchase any additional items you require.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any guests found to be hosting an event or party will be subject to immediate eviction without the possibility of reimbursement.

NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
During months when there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
We pride ourselves on ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible. We have a dedicated maintenance staff on-call for most hours of the day. Should you notify us of any concerns or issues after 5PM, there might be a delay in addressing it until the next day. However, please rest assured, we will do everything within our power to rectify the situation promptly.

Guests will have access to the entirety of the Home. We have a full staff available for any questions, or issues that arise during the stay. We try to have great communication with all of our Guests.

This home is located along the Windy Hill Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. It is a great, family-friendly area with a long beach and close access to Barefoot Landing.

We do recommend our Guests bring a car. North Myrtle Beach has many great activities and restaurants that are easily accessed by a vehicle.
