**Price drop**

Beachfront 2 bedroom condo with enough room for your family to spread out. Master has king bed with jetted tub and separate shower. 2nd bedroom with two twins. A sleeper sofa is in the living room. TVs in all rooms. Linen/towels are included. Unit also has a washer/dryer. A fully equipped kitchens with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and everything else you need to make a family meal. The amenities include hot tubs, indoor and outdoor pools along with a lazy river, a fitness center, game room and Outdoor Cabana Bar. Daily kids activities are also available. You are just steps from direct access to the beach. Parking and WiFi are free. Sunday to Sunday rental with 7 nights minimum.

The resort is a short five minute drive from Barefoot Landing, The House of Blues, Pirate's Cove and Alabama Theatre. Bonus....NO timeshare tour is required. My family and I have stayed here many times and we love it - -You will too!!! Please feel free to ask any questions.

There is no smoking inside the unit. There is one parking space available per unit. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at 10am. A valid driver's license is also required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation. Minimum age for check-in is 21. Come enjoy the beach and be comfortable in this oceanfront condo. All you need to bring is your clothes and bathing suit.
