No pets or motorcycles. Peak months (mid May- mid Sept) we only book for 7 night stays, so if you do instant booking for less than that, your reservation will be edited for the minimum 7 nights. This is a NON-SMOKING unit, including balcony. If caught smoking, you will forfeit your entire deposit for deep cleaning of the entire condo. Parking garage is 7 foot 1 inch clearance, no roof top carriers permitted
