The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
We ask that all items be returned to where they were found, including furniture, decor, and kitchen items (pots/pans, dishes, utensils, etc). If the coffeemaker was used, please clean out old grounds.
Run the garbage disposal with hot, soapy water for 20-30 seconds. Do not leave any dishes on the counter/in the sink; Wash them and put clean/dry dishes back where you found them.
Take ALL trash out. Be sure to put the pool key back on the fridge hook. Do not remove sheets/bedding from beds. Place used towels in the showers. Make me aware of items that require attention.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
