Shoreham Towers II - Corner Unit - Wrap-around Ocean Views

Shoreham Towers II is one of the most exclusive, unique oceanfront buildings in North Myrtle Beach. Few homeowners rent, so the beachfront is not crowded like at the large resorts. Our 1650 square foot corner unit features ceiling-to-floor, wrap-around windows and balconies off every room. The views up and down the coastline are spectacular!

We take great care and pleasure in maintaining and updating our five homes - Shoreham Towers I (VRBO 114270) and Shoreham Towers II (VRBO 116213, 116219, 87388, 223696)

We do not use an agency. Cleanliness is a top priority. Owner, Margaret Williams, would like to speak with all first time renters after the unit is booked and VRBO provides personal information. This unit is beautifully furnished and equipped with many comforts and amenities of home. Furniture is kept in good condition, mattresses are top-quality, and cleanliness is absolutely essential! We provide departure cleaning and linens. Sleeping accommodations are king in master, queen in second, twins in third.

Home has four televisions, DVD, and Wi-Fi high speed internet access. There is ample on-site parking and a secured lobby. Garbage chutes are on every floor. Grilling, picnic area, and bathrooms are poolside. Also on beach level is a private storage unit with beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys (supply varies due to the elements).

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. We are a NON-SMOKING condominium, and this policy applies to the balcony area as well. No pets, no motorcycles allowed on property. Only adults over 25 and families. A Ring camera is installed at the front door. There are no cameras in the unit.

We just stayed a week in unit 6A. It was absolutely perfect. The condo was immaculate. Lots of storage in bedrooms. Beds, bedding, and towels were lovely. The best thing was the view. We were in awe of the sunrises and sunsets everyday. Mrs. Williams did check in with us early in our stay which was very much appreciated. The condo was stocked with basic necessities like paper towels, tp, napkins, dishwashing soap, laundry soap, and handsoap. This was very helpful so that we didn't need to make a store run our first evening there. I have never stayed in a VRBO that was so clean. Even the lobby and elevator was taken care of. I think this showed how much the residents of this building take pride in ownership. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.

Our host was very responsive before and during our stay, and we could tell that she truly cared that we had an enjoyable visit. The condo was quite spacious and super clean. I love to cook, and I have stayed at many rental condos over the decades, and I must stay that this was the best equipped and most spotlessly clean kitchen that I have ever had the pleasure of utilizing outside of my own home. Despite the unusual cold spell, we absolutely enjoyed the incredible views from the multiple windows and sliding glass doors, and watching the shrimpers going back and forth, the sunrises and sunsets, the dolphins swimming by, and the moon shining on the water. We could even see the Sky Wheel lighting up in red at night in the distance. The location was perfect for our goals for that trip. Hint...bring binoculars. That made the dolphin and boat watching even more fun.

We had a delightful stay. The condo is beautiful, comfortable, and has almost everything you need for your stay. We were dazzled by sunrises, sunsets and moonrises - and daily (sometimes twice!) beach walks were soothing. Perfect weather helped, but the place would still offer a relaxing stay and great views if it weren’t.

The place was beautiful, it had everything we needed, from coffee filters to makeup towels, and extra toothbrush’s if needed. Those little things really stood out to me. Overall the place was very clean and in great condition. The view was absolutely gorgeous and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. We also really enjoyed the location. Margaret was great, checked up on us and made sure we had all the info for checking in.

Excellent vacation. Weather was great, we were lucky that hurricane Erin turned out to sea. Ocean water was a little rough, but the facility and pool were very nice. Elevators were fast with only minimal wait times. Ocean views were fabulous. Host does a great job in communicating and responding. Can't wait until we return again for another vacation.

Perfect stay

This property is exactly as described. The main porch was smaller than we are used to but when you are inside there are views of the ocean from every window so it feels like you have a huge porch. I loved how much light there was in the unit. Even on rainy days it was great.The unit was spotless when we arrived and the host was fantastic in her personal communication before and throughout the trip.The storage closet downstairs was amazing. It made our trips down to the beach so easy and helped keep the unit clean and virtually sand free. The decor is dated, but the very simple color scheme makes it not feel dated. It just feels light and airy. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place!

We have stayed in many places in Myrtle and while all have been excellent this was the best and now is our favorite. It's beautiful and comfortable with easy access to the beach as well as restaurants and shopping We had a wonderful time and would love to go back next year.
