With approximately 2,100 sq. ft., this unique cottage provides extra space and privacy for family vacations, golf trips, and beach getaways. 🛺 Skip the parking hassle and cruise to the beach, restaurants, ice cream shops, and local attractions with the complimentary golf cart. 🌴 Enjoy two covered patios, two covered decks, plenty of outdoor seating, and a tiki bar area—perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. 📍 Located in the desirable Crescent Beach area, you’re just a short walk or golf cart ride from the beach, dining, shopping, golf, and entertainment. Guests enjoy full private access to the entire property, including both levels of the home, outdoor spaces, and the complimentary golf cart. Important Information: Pet fee is $20 per pet, per night. Stays over 7 nights incur a flat pet fee of $150 per pet. The primary renter must be 21+ years old. A $250 security deposit hold will be authorized one day prior to arrival and released approximately 72 hours after checkout, pending no damages or additional charges. Payment processing fees are non-refundable.
