This coastal home is located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach and only 3 blocks from the ocean! It boasts a comfortable 2100 square feet of living space, providing ample room for relaxation and entertainment. Featuring 2 kitchens and 3BR/3BA: 1 cozy bedroom and 2 modern bathrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms down, this home is perfect for creating cherished memories. Also featuring 2 patios with lots of seating and a tiki bar, this home is perfect for entertaining. The upstairs unit has undergone recent renovations, ensuring a fresh and inviting atmosphere throughout.



Here is the layout: First level has a kitchen (no range), living area, 2 full bathroom and 2 bedrooms. 2nd floor has one bedroom, one full bathroom, living room, breakfast area, kitchen. Lower level has two covered patios. Upstairs has two covered decks. All decks have a new aluminum roof with gutter system. There are two outside stairs to upper level. Inside stairs are locked.



Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay including both the upstairs, downstairs and a 4-seater golf cart.
