It is a stand-alone, technically could be called a house, located on the south end of the property. It is extremely rare to find an ocean view first floor property across the street from the ocean as well.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened in porch, or the perfect happy hour spot before walking to Main Street to listen to any numerous live music acts and take up the Shag, South Carolina's State Dance.

All linens and towels are provided and beds freshly made prior to your arrival. Starter set up of paper products and toiletries are provided, you will need to replenish after initial use.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any guests found to be hosting an event or party will be subject to immediate eviction without the possibility of reimbursement.

NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

SMART TV INFO
All our properties are equipped with state-of-the-art smart TVs. Please note that we do not offer standard cable channels. However, guests can make the most of various streaming options available on these smart TVs. Ensure you have your streaming service credentials on hand if you wish to access specific platforms.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
We pride ourselves on ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible. We have a dedicated maintenance staff on call for most hours of the day. Should you notify us of any concerns or issues after 5PM, there might be a delay in addressing it until the next day. However, please rest assured, we will do everything within our power to rectify the situation promptly.

This cottage offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
