Bring your boat or jetski! 4 bedroom Waterfront home with dock and swimming pool. Sleeps 12. Just steps to the beach. Completely renovated. Pet friendly too. The perfect place for a family vacation. Large kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, large flat screen tv's, spacious rooms, two porches, and large covered outdoor lounging area. Fully stocked kitchen, linens are provided. We rent Saturday to Saturday in our houses. Plenty of parking. Room for 8 cars and a golf cart. Boat launch is just 2 streets over and the dock is available for your boat or jetski. Two bedrooms have a king size bed, one has two queen size beds and the other has two full size beds. Large living area. Wifi internet, and tv's in every room.

Relaxing Family Vacation

Wonderful property. Quiet, clean, and very relaxing atmosphere. Kids and adults loved the pool and the extremly short walk to the beach-- you are literally walking straight up to the beach access with in 2 min. House was very clean and we had enough towels,linen, kitchen accessories. Fenced in yard extremly clean for a pet friendly place! Loved the covered parking also! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great Family Rental

This house is so close to the beach and has a wonderful outdoor space for relaxing. It's nice to be able to come back from the beach and cool off in the pool. Morning coffee on the back deck overlooking the canal was a must each day. Its great for a family vacation.

We absolutely loved this place. The location is awesome!!!!!! A short walk to the beach, a private pool in the back and a dock you can fish off. There is ample parking which is something that it's difficult to find at the beach. And is also pet friendly. The owner Brad was wonderful about responding to any messages I sent. Communication was superb.

The property was perfect for 4 adults and 2 children. And of course the dog! The fenced in yard was perfect! Just a short walk to the beach with only a few stairs. A little bit of a drive to get to the shops and restaurants, but sometimes it's nice to be off of the beaten path!

Brad the owner was very receptive to the problem we had with the BBQ. He replaced it the next day with a brand new one! 👍😊 Beach is exactly as advertised, unit is well equipped and I requested that the pool be left open and it was, 😎. Plenty of parking. Spacious rooms too!

This house was a great distance to the beach. The pool is much smaller than the pictures and the house needed a good deep cleaning. However, being on the canal for fishing and kayaking was awesome. It was also nice to be so close to the beach. The owner was very responsive to any requests.

Great stay and would again for sure! Refrigerator took some time cooling and I got a little scared my stuff would go bad so we threw it in freezer, just in case. Brad was very responsive to this and it got much better after a good 36 hours. Very short walk to beach and the pool made it nice for a quick dip or just to chill in. The house/room was perfect for our group of 10. Thank you Brad for our wonderful stay and great memories we’re sure made here!

one shower had no water pressurewe all used the other shower cause of it and there’s only two in the housefloors were also kinda roughik it’s pet friendly so we didn’t say anything about it but i feel like maybe it could use some work like the front porch is pretty rough but other than that locations was great and owner was nice when the fridge needed to be fixed cause it wasn’t cold

Good location, needs cleaning

The house was a good size for 8 adults. Plenty of beds and places to sit. We had an issue with one of the toilets and Brad sent someone very quickly to fix it. The location was good. Just a block and a half to beach access. The house was tidy, but needs a serious deep clean. There is thick dust in the vents, on the ceiling fans, behind the furniture and tvs.
