The guy at the front counter was nice. That’s the only thing nice about potentially staying here. We decided to take a loss and walk away from this place. Walking to our room we were greeted with other people keeping bottles/plastic jugs outside their door. Walked into the room and the sheets had pink stains on them. The floor was dirty. Got another room, but this one absolutely smelled horrible and the people next door were really loud. Decided this just wasn’t going to work and went elsewhere for the night.

The building is close to being condemned, the concrete on the second floor walkway is totally destroyed with rebar sticking up, the air conditioning cooling unit in the room. Sounds like a jet engine, taking off from the runway, the actual bed in the room one of two was slept in before and not made, The room is old and very degraded.

The reception desk was very courteous and helpful, the room was clean and in very good condition. I would probably stay here again, **but the one thing I noticed that has developed at this hotel is now there are a lot of foreign refugees who were obviously living there, full time! And I definitely do not like staying at hotels that have a a lot of permanent residents, because in my experience, that always leads to decreased quality, it usually leads to thefts and break ins. I would recommend to the owners / management to stop allowing people to live there like that because it makes your hotel look kind of trashy to have live in guests hanging out around the property and taking over the properties common areas, plus they just stare at you when you walk by them, like they are taking note of what you have, and it feels really creepy.
