The property was unkempt, but the rooms were clean. No key card entry on the south side which made me feel very unsafe. Hallways were dirty and even had clothes lying around. People were in and out of the apartments at all hours of the night and making noise.

The rooms cooling equipment was very noisy and our family of 5 was unable to get any rest after a long days worth of traveling. The scent of the room was questionable. Almost tripped on the carpet outside our room numerous times. The bathroom didn’t have a fan. The facility is under repair and making improvements but I felt like we were stuck in time. The front desk staff was wonderful but the room was not comfortable to stay in at all. Will not be back and do not recommend. Would’ve had better luck sleeping in our car.

The room was covered in animal fur. I don't know that they cleaned it at all. Dirt, hair, filthy sheets and blankets.

Had a very reasonably priced, nice sized suite for our family of four. Could easily have slept more people if someone had a bigger family. Enjoyed the Belgian waffle maker at breakfast!

Hot nightmare

Air conditioning didn’t work even asked them to fix never did. Shower was plugged so you took a shower in yucky water. Asked for extra towels through the text message since we stayed 3 nights and tell of us they only left us three. No one ever came so called front desk they informed me housekeeping left and I’d have to come to front desk and get them. Curtains were falling down in room. Outside of hotel looked like they were renovating but upon further investigation I guess they never finished

Bad start to our vacation

We arrived and noticed the building was under construction. In the lobby, there were garbage cans and buckets placed around to collect water that was leaking through the roof. There were barn fans placed around to dry the carpeting that was soaked. Our room had a leaking toilet and horrible water pressure in the shower. We were moved to another room due to the leaking toilet. The new room has mold in the corner of the shower. At this point, it was nearly midnight and we needed to get to sleep before our next leg of our long trip. I called to cancel the night we reserved for the end of our trip and was told that there would be no refund. While the customer service the night of our initial stay was decent, they should’ve reached out to let me know there were significant issues with the building and offered other resources for lodging.

I rented a pet friendly hotel.. I locked my cat in the bathroom overnight. The next morning I loaded up and let her out for 10 min to roam. I thought somehow I let her out of the room… I spent the next 2 hours looking for her.. I called 5 times that day to follow up to see if she had been found. We were thinking about how there was a towel stuffed behind the mirror to cover a hole in the wall.. maybe just maybe there was a hole under the recently remodeled dirty vanity. We called the front desk and asked them to check if possible she got into the wall somehow.. oh she did! That is not a pet friendly hotel room! I had no idea. The rest of the room was basic block furniture, no problem. I wish I took photos of the property. I was super relieved to hear she was found safe. I asked for 5 min to call back to arrange her to get picked up! In which they told me they didn’t have time for this, they could arrange safe keeping for the cat, but that I was going to need to pay big. I asked like what and he was staying at least five hundred to get my cat back. The hotel staff was extorting me for my cat! It was after hours for the local animal control, next best bet was to call the non emergency line for the police department. I had my cat picked up by the pd shortly. Both the pd and shelter have been beyond amazing.
