I did not like staying here. When I checked in, I wanted to stay closer to family and they wouldn't let me change rooms because I reserved a king room and where I wanted to be, only queen rooms were available. The lobby was stuffy and humid, this hotel has been "under construction" for years. Walking to my room, the hallway walls were dingy and had black on them. The glass doors were filthy! When I arrived in my room, the door to enter my room was so dingy. I walked into my room, there was new flooring installed, I loved the color they painted the wall and the headboard on the wall was modern looking. There was a new LED mirror above the vanity and a new countertop but I noticed what looked like whiskers behind the faucet, so I tried to wipe it off with a Kleenex but the whiskers were under the clear silicone. Then the shower had not been updated, the corners of the shower were dirty and the shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers were dirty too. The corners in the room were also dirty. I will never stay here again. I felt so unsafe, I even put the chair in front of my door along with locking the deadbolt and the door latch.

The front desk guy was great! Checked into a room that had dead bugs and the ac was broke. Luckily he was able to get us into a different room. The new room was still not very clean but didn’t have any dead bugs. Only stayed for a night so all in all it was tolerable. Don’t believe it was worth the money we paid for the room but now we know.

We were extremely disappointed with this property. Within a few minutes of entering the room we noticed a lot of dead bugs around the bathroom sink area and many gnats swarming the room. The room did not appear to have been cleaned (there was something sticky on the wall, dust coating almost every surface, and the phone didn't work). The only way to enter the room was to go through a poorly lit hallway and a dark courtyard, which did not feel safe. We went back to the front desk to request a refund, which they refused because we had "used" the room (we sent our kids in to shower while we unloaded). They offered us another room and when my husband went in with the front desk attendant he found a bug in the bed. We again requested a refund and were told that it couldn't be approved until the manager was in on a weekday. We checked out and went to a different hotel. After speaking with the manager, we were only offered $25 back on our stay (20% of what we paid). We would not recommend staying at this hotel.

What a mess - especially at this price

Signs posted in various places said hotel was being renovated. This place is a mess and really needs it. Renovation is one thing, dirt is another. There was a big blob of black hair stick on the bottom of the bathroom door. The grout by the bathroom sink was moldy. The tub had no safety anti-slip strips in it (and my friend slipped). The counter looks like there is dirt in the crevices of what looks like drawers (but I don’t think actually are), the curtain by the front door is coming off the track, there is paint peeled off the bathroom door jam, the refrigerator is bad need of defrosting and rocks when you open the door - I probably could go on, but these are the things I noticed. The owners should be embarrassed to have people in this place.

Although there was a large leak in the lobby area due to sudden huge downpour, the staff was working hard to help clients bring in luggage, cordon off deep water area and maintain a cheerful professionalism. Beautiful place

When booking, it would have been nice to know that the Ramada was under construction. The pictures of the property were nothing like the room we stayed in. We had an outside room, which would be fine if it was clean. You get what you pay for. The only thing that was good about this was the staff working were pleasant people.
