Welcome to your comfortable home away from home! Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, our apartment is a great place to settle in whether you're here for work, relocating, or exploring Interior Alaska.

The space
This cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath downstairs apartment is thoughtfully furnished with both short and extended stays in mind. You'll have your own private entrance and living space, along with an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, utensils, seasonings, and other essentials to make preparing meals easy.

The living room offers seating for four, a Smart TV, and cozy throw blankets for relaxing after a day of work or exploring. There's also a dedicated workspace to work or study during your stay.

Both bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds, blackout curtains, luggage racks, sound machines, and box fans for added comfort.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with convenient access to both Fairbanks and North Pole, including the back gate of Ft. Wainwright and Eielson Air Force Base.

Please note: This is a downstairs apartment with a separate residence above. While the units are completely private from one another, you may occasionally hear normal household sounds such as footsteps or everyday activity from upstairs. We've provided sound machines and box fans in the bedrooms for added comfort.

Pet Policy:
We’re happy to welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs with an additional pet fee. To help us keep the apartment comfortable and well cared for, dogs must be fully house/potty trained and kennel trained. Dogs should be kenneled when left unattended in the apartment.
No puppies, please. If you’re traveling with a dog, please include them on your reservation and let us know a little about them when booking.

*No 3rd party bookings. The person who is booking must also be the person staying.
*Please carefully follow all house rules.
*Parties or events will not be tolerated.
*There is a security camera at the main front of the duplex that faces the driveway for added security of our guests and our property.

Guest access is on the left side of the building and the yard.

Please make sure to read the following additional rules and that all accompanying guests are made aware as well.

- 4 guests max on the property.
- No parties or events.
- TV, music, etc. to be at a reasonable sound level to not cause disturbance with the upstairs tenants.
- No unapproved guests are permitted to be on the property.
- 2 pets are permitted to be on the property. Dogs or other animals are not allowed on the right side of property to avoid disturbances with the upstairs tenants. All animals must be potty trained- no puppies allowed.
- No smoking or vaping inside the apartment including the garage. Only smoke and vape outside. - Windows are not allowed to ever be opened in 40°F or colder. This risks the possibility of frozen pipes and unnecessary heat loss. Please make sure to always check that doors are fully closed.
- Any damage done by guests, pets, or unauthorized visitors will receive a bill to repair said damages, including additional cleaning fees if applicable.
