Enjoyed our stay

Location was convenient. General neighborhood was a little rough around the edges. The refrigerator ice maker was not working. The vertical safety bar in master bath is loose at the bottom. The outdoor grill could use cleaning. Instruction sheet is clear and easy to understand. Interior of home was clean, and we believe home was overall good value and met our needs.

North Port Spring Training

We were visiting for Braves Spring Training and Katrina's house provided a great spot for us to call home base. The property was accurate to the listing and communication with Katrina was seamless. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The house was clean, had lots of space and the necessary amenities for our stay (paper towels, coffee). We had a one night stay there but were very comfortable and had good communication with Katrina
