Take a break and unwind at this peaceful SWFL oasis. This home features 2169 sq ft with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths with a heated pool year round located in a peaceful neighborhood with everything you will need and only 30 minutes from both Englewood and Venice beach. Close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Great for groups of all ages and plenty big enough for the whole family. This home has a spacious open floor plan featuring two dining areas, living room, outdoor dining, and a playroom. Child’s high chair and pack and play as well for the little ones.
Master bedroom has a queen bed with lots of storage, flat screen tv, on suite master bathroom with dual vanities, bathtub, shower, and desk.
Three additional bedrooms all feature queen size beds with flat screen TV's.
Second guest full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Dining room and second dining area along with breakfast bar allows seating for 15 adults. Large living room with large sectional big enough to sleep two people and has a 55" flat screen TV, also second living room/playroom with PS4 VR & classic Nintendo and lots of games with a pull out queen sofa bed. Enjoy the screened in outdoor area by the large pool featuring an outdoor dining area, living area outdoors, and lounge chairs by the pool that features a sun shelf for cooling off. Home can sleep up to 12 guests if you include use of the large sectional in the living room big enough for two adults, plus 5 queen beds including sofa sleeper in playroom.
All of the home except for Garage and one closet in master bedroom but still one large walk in closet available in master.
No smoking or vaping inside the home, No animals allowed, No loud events, 4 cars maximum and parking only allowed on the driveway.

House was much better than the photos look.very big accommodation. Only downside was the pool not heated for the first 2weeks our 3 grandsons really enjoyed the time spent with us .Jon replied to our questions immediately.all in all a wonderful holiday.would book this property again.

Needed home close to daughter and new grandchild. Jon provided a lovely home. Clean, well furnished, very up to date. Jon was a great host, available and responsive. Pool a bit cold but to be expected during cold spell. Will definitely return.

Amazing stay

This property was everything we hoped it would be. It was very clean and spacious for all 8 of us. The kids absolutely loved the pool and it was in a great location that was on a quiet street. The owner answered anything we needed right away and was so nice and friendly! We will definitely be back!

Everything about this home was exceptional! The host Jon was very easy to communicate with and super responsive. They home was clean and had all the necessities. The pool was perfect for the kids and VR was a hit!! Location was easy access to grocery stores and highway. We will definitely be back !

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. My family is actually local, and we needed to vacate our home for hurricane repairs. It was great to have this home to stay in, still be near work and school, and not have to use a hotel. Wonderful! And for those coming from out of town, it’s located centrally to so many things our area has to offer.
