This spacious modern waterfront home with open floor plan features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, bonus game room, stunning kitchen, vast living room, and dining room w/ table. Large windows and skylights are located throughout to enjoy natural light and well as the peaceful water and sunset views.

The home includes a king bed, queen bed, and twin bed, plus fast Wi-Fi, 65 inch ROKU Smart TV in living room, additional ROKU smart TV in guest room, washer/dryer, a small workspace desk in master bedroom and a 1-car garage.

The bonus game / bed room has a Mini-Pool / Mini-table hockey / Mini-Ping-Pong / Foosball table in one, a practice golf putting mat, a 3 seat sofa and a twin sized bed with windows overlooking the canal.

Dog friendly Back yard is fenced and has a covered patio with comfortable furniture. There is the ability to see fish jumping, exotic birds, rabbits and even manatees during the cooler months right from the dock. Fishing rods and 2 kayaks are available for you to use to explore as well. (Use at own risk - Life vests are provided).

In addition to central AC, separate Mini-Split ACs are located in Master Bedroom and Bonus room to ensure a cool sleeping environment.

Other things to note
Guests may spot manatees in the canal during cooler months (typically October–March), along with local wildlife such as rabbits and beautiful birds. The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so parties and loud events are not permitted. Kayaks, fishing rods, and life jackets are provided for guest enjoyment and used at guests’ own risk. The fenced backyard is great for dogs, but pets should still be supervised outdoors near the canal.

Warm Mineral Springs a 3 minute drive away. Visit what some call the fountain of youth!

CoolToday Park a 10 minute drive away to see Atlanta Braves spring baseball and other events.

Downtown Wellen Park 15 min away. Great restaurants, weekend night live music, and the Fresh Harvest Farmer market every Sunday morning.
