Located within 15 minutes to Warm Mineral Springs, Atlanta Braves Spring Training and 30 minutes to Englewood and Venice beaches. I 75 is a short five mile drive to allow access to many of the other attractions beautiful southwest Florida has to offer. This home provides the perfect combination of a private country home while being close to many attractions.
