Nestled along the serene northern coast of Grand Cayman, right on the beautiful Caribbean Sea. Imagine waking up to 240 feet of soft sandy beach right at your doorstep, with a vibrant coral reef teaming with sea life just 75 feet from the shore – a snorkeler's dream come true!

The comfort and breathtaking views of this condo are matched only by its surroundings: 240 feet of sandy beach, an oceanfront freshwater pool, and a coral reef teeming with life only 75 feet from shore and a panoramic view of 10 miles of shoreline. The buildings are tucked away among native palms, sea grapes, and almond trees.

Directly in front of the Northern Lights are some of the island's most spectacular snorkelling and dive sites: Mermaid Point Drop-off, Skinny Palm Tree Reef Drop-off, and Babylon to name a few. Fish or snorkel right from our own dock.

Accommodation:
The condo easily accommodates up to 5 guests, offering a spacious Master Bedroom with a King Bed, along with a Second Bedroom featuring both a Queen and Single Bed. We've got you covered if you need extra sleeping arrangements – just let us know, and we can provide additional air mattresses. Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities!

Fully Equipped:
The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 6, a comfortable living area with Cable and Smart TV, high-speed wifi, and a screened-in patio with BBQ grill. Ocean views can be enjoyed from the main level living area or a hammock on the screened-in balcony off the Master. The unit is steps away from the pool and just a few more steps to the beach.  The 2 full bathrooms are upstairs and the half bath is on the ground floor.

Family Inclusions:
For families, we have a High Chair, Pack n Play & Travel Crib for you on request, along with Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs to be used on the island.

Convenient Location:
Northern Lights is close to a variety of excellent waterfront restaurants, botanical gardens, amazing caves, dive operations, and 15 minutes from world-famous Rum Point and Stingray City.

For a Northside location on Grand Cayman, the distance to Owen Roberts International Airport (GCM) is approximately 18 to 20 miles (about 30 to 32 kilometres). The drive typically takes around 30 to 40 minutes, depending on traffic and road conditions.

Recommended Restaurants:
Cayman is also well known for its excellent restaurants and the North Side and East End area offers a variety of restaurants to explore, including the following:  East End dining options include La Casita, Tukka East, David's Deep Blue Restaurant at Morritt's, Eagle Ray's Bar & Grill, Italian Kitchen and Vivine's Kitchen.  On the North Side, enjoy authentic Caymanian cuisine at Over the Edge.  Heat to Rum Point for the new Rum Point Restaurant, Wreck Bar & Grill and the Kaibo Upstairs, and Kaibo Beach Grill and Bar.   Also, Foster’s Express grocery store and Chisholm's grocery store are both within a 10-minute drive.

Travel Options:
Guests can opt for a rental car through Kayak or Marshalls or catch a ride on the Cayman Islands Bus Service, which comes along frequently, offering convenient on/off bus stops all along West Bay and Seven Mile Beach. The closest bus stop to Seven Mile View condos is a short 5-minute walk.
