Been vacationing at one or another Shore Rd. property my whole life and have been to the sandbars before when it was a classic motel, so I know to expect the best views and sunsets on the Cape, and as always that delivered. The room was nice and clean, and spacious. The bed was comfortable, though I’d recommend bringing your own pillows (honestly I recommend that at most any hotel). Parking is limited, and for two nights in a row after coming home from dinner out I was forced to take the handicapped parking spots because every single other space was taken and there were no other options and no street parking. I notified management to confirm it wouldn’t be a problem and didn’t get a response. There were no trash bags in the room, and the plastic bin under the sink didn’t have one in it. I reached out to Vacasa and they said they would bring some trash bags but they never did. Trash bags are a minor thing so it didn’t affect our stay really, but I’d be a little hesitant to stay at another Vacasa run property in case a more serious issue arose and it went unaddressed like that.

Loved the location! Perfect for visiting Ptown and the beaches of outer cape. Great spot to relax at beach and/or wake up to with a coffee on balcony or watch the return to after a busy day to watch the sunset! AC is key if needed, otherwise leave the slider door open with screen to catch a breeze! Very clean and comfortable, including beds. Plenty of towels including beach towels kitchenette a huge plus! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will be back

Quick Trip Before Summer Rush

Everything was great! Location, beachfront view, balcony, room was very clean and supplied well with towels, paper supplies etc. It was perfect for our needs and definitely want to come back again.

Great Mini Vacation

The unit was clean and the grounds were nice. It was wonderful to sit on the deck and lookout over the water. It was quiet and people were friendly. Overall it was a wonderful time! We would definitely stay here again.
