With 27 opening windows strategically placed throughout, the design invites the salty coastal air to fill every room, allowing you to breathe in the natural beauty of Beach Point.

This charming cottage offers two cozy bedrooms: one with a double-sized sleeper sofa and the other with two twin beds, making it ideal for families or small groups. The full bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, is conveniently located between the two bedrooms for easy access. Just a few steps up, you’ll find the elevated kitchen, dining, and living area, designed to capture breathtaking views of the Rosa Rugosa, the beach, and the water beyond. Pick up the boardwalk just outside the door which leads to the beach, just about 100 feet away!

The space is beautifully crafted with nautical-inspired details and personal touches throughout, creating an atmosphere of warmth and relaxation. Whether you’re enjoying a meal with loved ones, lounging on the couch, or soaking in the views from the windows, this cottage invites you to unwind and enjoy the beauty of your surroundings.
