Stylish Georgian Apartment In An Ideal Location
Stylish top floor converted Georgian apartment set within an exclusive gated development. Minutes from the beautiful North Norfolk coast, Broads and just a short walk to the amenities of town. This well equipped and spacious 1 bed apartment (sleeps 4) has its own parking space, communal garden, large master bedroom with king size bed, en suite, dressing area and workspace. There is a kitchen, lounge / diner with sofabed and separate WC. A luxury apartment to enjoy all North Norfolk has to offer.
The kitchen provides a smeg coffee machine and washer dryer. There is a 43 inch LG smart TV and sound bar. Complimentary Prime Video, Music and Netflix. We also provide fibre broadband. There is a large velvet plush 4 seater sofa which easily unfolds into a double sofa bed. There is a large and peaceful garden to enjoy which is shared between just 3 apartments. Please note that the stairs are quite steep to access the property.

The development offers a private and peaceful location, i instantly feel relaxed as soon as i arrive. It has a prestigeous and exclusive feel.
The Bluebell pub is located just 1 minute walk from the private drive which is rather handy! We are also just a short walk from Pigneys wood and Bacton woods. Weavers way a 61 mile long distance footpath is also located just down the road making it a wonderful location for cyclists and walkers to explore. The closest beach is just 4 miles away with the broads 6 miles away. Norwich City centre is 15 miles making this the perfect destination to explore North Norfolk.
There are an abundance of cycling and walking trails close by providing the opportunity to explore the woods, countryside and beautiful coastline from the apartment.
North Walsham has its own train station connecting to Cromer, Sheringham and Norwich. This is appromimately a 10 minute walk.
All cleaning products are now eco to ensure we are doing our bit for the environment and sustainability.
