The location of the property is excellent to the beach and boardwalk.Neighborhood was quiet. Rooms were ample size, and the room in the back with the connected bathroom was very large.The kitchen was ample size with nice appliances. There are some kitchen accessories that need to be upgraded or added, such as the cutlery ( no teaspoons) , kitchen towels, mugs, and fry pans.The pool table is a fun addition to the property as well as the bar set up.There is one tight parking spot provided and the street parking in front was always occupied.
